TMB Baking / Parts & Support
Parts, technical support, and the manual for every machine on this site — from the counter at 527 DNA Way, staffed by the people who installed it. Bring the model number; the person who picks up knows the shelf behind them.
WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS
Describe what the machine is doing; if the answer is a part, the shelf gets checked first. The counter card is the one the crew tapes to the machine — print it, or save the number.
Some parts sit on the shelves in South San Francisco for years — then save a baker's morning. Send the model and serial number and a person checks the shelf first.
Email the model, the serial number, and what the machine is doing. A photo of the nameplate saves a round trip.
Email parts@tmbbaking.comHOW A PART HAPPENS
Off the nameplate — a phone photo of it is enough. Say what the machine is doing and when it started.
Before anything is ordered, a person looks at what's already in South San Francisco. Some of it has waited years for this call.

Cut sheets, install manuals, and parts views for the machines on this site — the same files the counter opens when you call. Find yours, open it, keep it with the machine.
⚠S22 The rest of the equipment library lands in one pass from the product-page stamps — nothing is listed here that isn't a live file.
Every parts request starts with two numbers off the nameplate. Here is where each maker puts it.
