04 · Questions

Before you choose.

Plain answers.

Ask a baker →
Q1Single or double?

Count your busiest morning in sheet pans. Fifteen a load is the XL1-G. Thirty a load, or two racks at once, is the XL2-G. If you are between them, call with the number and the counter will tell you plainly.

Q2What will it cost?

No sticker prices here. Your quote states the number, itemized, with freight and installation, within one business day.

Q3What does it need from the building?

Gas, water, a vent, and three-phase power. The XL2-G connections are on this page; the contractor’s manual covers the rest. Your quote states them for your model.

Q4Who installs it?

TMB’s own crew, led by an installation manager seventeen years in. Delivery, rigging, and connection are part of the job.
