TMB Baking / Services
In the order you'll need it — from the first floor plan to the part that arrives twelve years later. Every service here has a door and a person on the other side of it.
Send your floor plan and your menu. The layout comes back in CAD — workflow, power, ventilation — before you've committed to anything heavier than a phone call. The equipment list falls out of the drawing, not the other way round.
European lines — ovens, mixers, dividers and rounders, moulders and sheeters, slicers, proofing and retarding, walk-ins, bakery support — each with its cut sheet on the page and a person here who has installed one.
TMB does not finance directly. Leases come through a partner we have worked with for years — ask when you request your quote, and we make the introduction.
Your machines arrive with TMB's own crew, led by an install manager seventeen years with the company. Set, connected, and tested in your room — they leave when it bakes, not when it's plugged in.
(650) 589-5724, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:30 Pacific — se habla español. Describe what the machine is doing; you talk to the counter, not a ticket queue. If the answer is a part, the shelf gets checked first.
Send the model and serial number and the shelf in South San Francisco gets checked before anything is ordered. Some parts sit there for years — then save a baker's morning.
Proofing baskets, lames, peels, pans, scales — the small things done properly, and the one thing on this page you buy without a quote.
HOW A QUOTE HAPPENS
A phone photo of the lease exhibit is enough to start. What you bake and how much decides the rest.
Your room in CAD — workflow, power, ventilation, the door the oven has to fit through — before anything is sold.
The equipment list falls out of the layout, and the quote falls out of the list. If you want to finance it, say so — the counter is one call away.

WHAT BAKERS SAY
VERIFIED GOOGLE REVIEWS · VERBATIM
TMB baking consulted/guided me for over two years while I sought out an appropriate brick and mortar space to build my bakery. They made great recommendations when it came to bakery layout and equipment.
I placed an order for 5 bread proofing baskets on 2/13/22 and received them today, 2/16/22! The 13th was a Sunday, so yes, I am impressed.
Amazing service.
