Bassanina / Forma · TMB Touchscreen Control
A compact gas deck oven with steam pipes and TMB touch screen control, designed primarily for retail bakeries. The Zoom frequently fits both the available space and the budget for retail shops baking a variety of bread and other goods.

Compact enough for the space a retail bakery actually has, with the capacity most shops need — hearth depths to 70.9″ and up to eight doors across four decks.
Vapor tubes and per-deck steam give hearth character to breads and pastry alike. The Zoom trades some thermal mass against the Tubix and TAG — a lighter oven that suits lighter, varied retail production.
High-temperature insulation earns a zero-clearance rating on sides and back, and the 812 and 1212 come with integrated loaders — the machine arrives ready to work the moment it's set.

Four deck ovens live on the shelf — gas vapor-tube workhorses, a compact retail machine, and the modular electric. Compare them side by side, or tell us what you bake and get one recommendation back.
Configuration is a decision about your bread and your building — tell us both and it writes itself. Every quote comes from a person who has installed this machine.
No sticker prices here — these ovens cross an ocean, and prices move with currency and freight. You'll get the real number, itemized, for the week you're actually buying.
Five questions, in your own words. Plain answers beat spec sheets.
The Bassanina Zoom comes with the same standing arrangement as every machine we install: when something won't fire before the morning bake, you call, and a person who knows your oven answers. Parts wait on shelves in South San Francisco until the day they save your production.
