Bassanina · Built in Italy · TMB Stoneheart model
The Tubix — TMB Stoneheart model offers the performance and features of the TAG gas deck oven in less bakery space and at a lower budget. Mechanicals are built at the Italian factory; TMB supplies the ETL-certified control system and the US-made, UL-listed burner — hence the Stoneheart name.

Masonry and concrete hold heat the way all-steel ovens can't — energy savings during the bake, quicker recovery between loads, and the hearth results the TAG is known for.
Hearth depths from 63″ to 94.5″ cover the gamut from serious retail to wholesale — the machine for the bakery that bakes like a TAG shop but doesn't have a TAG shop's floor.
The mechanicals come from Bassanina's Italian factory; the control system is ETL-certified and the burner UL-listed, both supplied by TMB — the Stoneheart designation means the inspection goes as smoothly as the install.

Four deck ovens live on the shelf — gas vapor-tube workhorses, a compact retail machine, and the modular electric. Compare them side by side, or tell us what you bake and get one recommendation back.
Configuration is a decision about your bread and your building — tell us both and it writes itself. Every quote comes from a person who has installed this machine.
No sticker prices here — these ovens cross an ocean, and prices move with currency and freight. You'll get the real number, itemized, for the week you're actually buying.
Five questions, in your own words. Plain answers beat spec sheets.
The Bassanina Tubix Stoneheart comes with the same standing arrangement as every machine we install: when something won't fire before the morning bake, you call, and a person who knows your oven answers. Parts wait on shelves in South San Francisco until the day they save your production.
