02What it means for youThe bake · The fit · The install
The bake

Twenty hours a day, for decades.

The most thermal mass of any vapor tube oven in the world means the fortieth bake of the day springs like the first. Two steam generators per deck deliver instant, even steam the moment the door closes.

The fit

Sized to the pan, sized to the plant.

750mm doors take the standard 26″ sheet pan without waste, and hearth depths run to 110.2″ — from serious wholesale-retail up to production floors served by fully automatic loaders.

The install

Built into the building.

Masonry and concrete construction makes the TAG part of the architecture — heat held in the walls, energy saved across the shift, and a zero-clearance rating that respects the floor plan.
