02What it means for youThe fit · The bake · The install
The fit

Built for the retail floor.

Compact enough for the space a retail bakery actually has, with the capacity most shops need — hearth depths to 70.9″ and up to eight doors across four decks.

The bake

Stone, steam, and a light touch.

Vapor tubes and per-deck steam give hearth character to breads and pastry alike. The Zoom trades some thermal mass against the Tubix and TAG — a lighter oven that suits lighter, varied retail production.

The install

Zero clearance, integrated loading.

High-temperature insulation earns a zero-clearance rating on sides and back, and the 812 and 1212 come with integrated loaders — the machine arrives ready to work the moment it's set.
