Oven loaders, matched to your decks.

Six loaders, from a hand-set carella to full automation — each one checked against your oven’s doors before a quote is written.

Oven loader setting a full deck of loaves into a deck oven

01 · By scissor · 1 model

One push. One full deck.

A compensating spring does the lifting and your hands do the steering — no wiring, no changes to the oven, built to the deck you name.

URM – 80M Manual Scissor Loader

One push sets a full length of deck — spring-lifted, no electrical connection, nothing added to the oven.

02 · Integrated · 2 models

It lives on the oven. The floor stays yours.

An integrated loader parks above the oven between bakes and comes down to set the deck — the floor stays open for racks, and the peel stays on its hook.

The decks load themselves. You bake.

Proof on it. Load from it.

The carella proofs your dough, rolls to the oven, and sets a single chamber — the technique France settled on long before loaders had motors.

Manual setters that proof the dough, carry it to the oven, and load one chamber at a time.

Matched to the door, not to the brochure.

A loader has to fit your oven — the door’s width and the chamber’s depth decide it. Find yours below by photograph or by name; every pairing shown is stated on TMB’s own pages today. Not sure which you run? The nameplate on the oven front says.

First — the one that fits any deck oven

Running a different deck — or loading by hand with a carella? Every pairing above is stated on TMB’s own pages today; everything else is one measurement away. The shop confirms chamber depth and door width against your exact model before a quote is written: (650) 589-5724.

The loader questions

Asked at the counter, answered here.

The four questions every loader conversation starts with — and the one it should.

Ask an expert →
Q·01Will a loader fit the oven I already have?

That is the first question the counter settles. Chamber depth and door width decide it — measured against your exact model, not read off a brochure. The match table above shows the pairings already in print; for the rest, call with the nameplate.

Q·02What will it cost?

No sticker prices here — these machines cross an ocean, and the honest number depends on your oven, your building, and the freight lane. The quote puts machine, freight, and installation in writing, back within one business day.

Q·03Do you install it with the oven?

TMB’s own crew installs what TMB sells — deck and loader alike. Ask for both on one quote and the pairing is checked before either ships.

Q·04Can I load by hand for now and add a loader later?

You can. The URM builds to the oven you already run, and nothing about a carella commits you. When the mornings get long enough to argue for more, call with your daily count.

Q·05Do you carry parts for these?

On the shelf in South San Francisco — down to the exploded-view diagrams. Call the counter or write parts@tmbbaking.com. Se habla español.

The phone is part of the loader.

A loader earns its keep in moving parts — motors, springs, rails, boards. When one stops mid-shift, you call the counter, a person answers, and the exploded-view diagram comes off the same shelf as the part.

Build note — delete before publish: replace the form above with the JetFormBuilder widget, form_id="000" placeholder. Add hidden fields loader_family and loader_model on the live form, and the three added visible fields: decks_doors, bakery_city, timeline (select). The parity CSS in sec00 skins the JFB widget. Keep the asking-line and the promise line outside the widget.
