The counterweight

The lift is a precision-balanced counterweight with a locking mechanism at every deck — one person raises a full board and sets it, morning after morning.

THE SOLE

The sole

Product goes directly onto the oven sole. The hand peels and manual setters retire, less heat leaves at the door, and the burn risk at loading goes with them.

THE REST

The rest

Between sets it rests at oven-hood height on an ergonomic handle — stainless and aluminum, built to stand at the oven for years, not seasons.
