THE RAILS

The rails

Two floor rails carry it — one gear-driven — so the support is under the machine, not hung above your ovens. Nothing bolts to the ceiling; nothing crosses the room overhead.

THE LINE

The line

From proofing board to dump table, the loading runs itself: dough in, bake set, loaves out to the table or the conveyor. The bake becomes a line, and the line keeps your count.
