What it does for you.

THE CUT

The cut

Opening a bagel or a sub roll by hand is the most dangerous cut in the shop. The Zip does it on an adjustable disk, fully or partway, the same every time.

THE PACE

The pace

Height and depth adjust to the bread. Up to 2,000 an hour on a countertop.

THE PLUG

The plug

It runs on 110 V single phase. Plug it in where the work is. No electrician.
