The loaf is sliced at the last moment, so it goes home fresh. You stop managing sliced and unsliced stock, and your staff stay at the register.

The safety

The double cover locks for the whole cutting cycle and the cycle runs on its own. A front bumper takes the knocks of a busy floor.

THE TWO BUILDS

The two builds

The New Self and the New Self 450 share the frame. The 450 has Teflon-coated blades. Both have a removable crumb collector.
