JAC – Full 520 T2 Automatic, 2 Belts Slicer

A continuous slicer with two motorized belts. The lower belt carries the loaf in; the upper belt presses it into the blades. Up to 1,000 loaves an hour. A bag blower sits at the end.

THE BELTS

The belts

The lower belt carries the loaf in. The upper belt presses it into the blades. The loaf never waits.

THE RATE

The rate

Belt speed adjusts to the bread. Soft pan bread and firm crust each run at the speed that cuts them clean. Up to 1,000 an hour.

THE BAG

The bag

The bag blower opens the bag on a hinged shelf at the outfeed. Sliced, bagged, on the van.
