What it does for you.

THE CONE

The cone

Each piece rides the rotating cone along a concave channel and comes off round. No pressure, no degassing.

THE DUSTER

The duster

The automatic duster puts flour where the dough needs it. It lifts out at close and rinses.

THE CHANNELS

The channels

Every channel is Teflon-coated. The piece releases at the bottom instead of sticking.
