02 · Three stories

What it does for you.

THE REST

The rest

You set the rest time your dough needs. The photocell counts the pieces in. The baskets carry them through. At 1,400 pieces an hour that is 7 to 16 minutes of rest, by build.

THE AIR

The air

Warm, damp, and slow grows mold. The baskets do not absorb moisture, a UV lamp sits over the dough path, and a fan pulls the humidity out.

THE FIT

The fit

Entry from the left, right, front, or back. Five sizes from 168 to 376 pockets. It meets your rounder and your moulder where they already stand.

03 · The paperwork
