Let the bread pay for the oven.

You can buy a deck oven with cash you spent years saving — or with bread it hasn't baked yet. A lease turns the largest purchase your bakery will make into one predictable number a month, and leaves your cash where it works: flour, payroll, the front of the house.

01 · The case for a monthly number

Your cash has better work to do than sitting inside a machine.

These machines cross an ocean. They cost what serious equipment costs, and they run for decades. Financing is how most of the bakeries you admire acquired theirs.

One number

A lease replaces one large check with a predictable monthly line. You know what the oven costs you in March, and you know what it costs you in November.

The machine earns first

The deck starts baking the week it is installed. From the first morning, the payment comes out of production — not out of your reserves.

Room to grow

Keep your capital for the things a lender can't finance: the second shift, the second baker, the second location.

02 · The arrangement

We don't finance the machine. We know who should.

TMB does not provide direct financing, and won't pretend to. Your quote comes from people who build bakeries; your lease should come from people who write leases.

For years, our bakery customers have leased their equipment through a leasing partner TMB has worked with and trusted. When a lease fits your build, we make the introduction.

Start with a call to the counter. We'll tell you plainly whether a lease fits your build — and if it does, we make the introduction.

The quote
Machine, ocean freight, and installation on one document — so the financing conversation starts from the whole number, not a teaser.
03 · What a lease can cover

From a single mixer to the whole floor.

Every machine in the store is quoted the same way and can be discussed the same way. Start where your bakery is.

Building the whole room at once? The layout, the equipment list, and the quote come from the same team — one conversation covers all of it.

04 · How a quote becomes a payment

Three steps between you and the first bake.

STEP 1

Request the quote.

Tell us what you bake and what you're considering. The quote arrives as one document: the machine, the freight, the installation. Nothing added after you see it.

STEP 2

Talk terms.

Tell us you'd like to finance it. We connect you with our leasing partner; the terms, the rate, and the paperwork come from them, and your questions are answered by the person who writes the lease.

STEP 3

Install and bake.

TMB's own crew installs the machine — certified, connected, tested. You bake on it while it pays its own way.

Support

The lease is the bank's. The machine is still ours to stand behind.

However you pay for it, the machine comes with the same phone number, the same parts shelf in South San Francisco, and the same crew that installed it. Financing changes who you pay — never who answers.

Asked at the counter.

If your question isn't here, a person will answer it. Ask an expert

Does TMB finance equipment directly?

No. Your quote comes from TMB; the lease comes from a leasing partner we have worked with for years. Ask us and we make the introduction.

What will the monthly payment be?

It depends on the machine, the term, and your business — no sticker prices here; these machines cross an ocean, and prices move with currency and timing. Your quote gives the whole number. The leasing conversation turns it into a monthly one.

What does the quote include?

The machine, the ocean freight, and the installation by TMB's own crew — one document, one number. The financing conversation starts from reality, not a teaser price.

Who do I talk to first?

Every financing conversation starts with a quote. Tell us what you bake and what you're weighing — a person who has installed the machine writes back.
