Sorema – Batch Water Chillers

Sorema is a French company with whom TMB Baking has been working for much of its history. The company specializes in accessible, batch tank water chillers with both chilled water with and without ice accumulation. We have Sorema installations around the US and some internationally, with satisfied bakery customers praising the trouble-free systems.
