  • Even distribution of heat within the baking chamber and separate setting of roof and deck temperatures
  • Can be combined with TOPAZE Style convection ovens
  • Can combine with fermentation control cabinets or chambers (details available on request)
  • Stackable to increase the total baking capacity
  • Designed for baking trays in 400×600 and 460×660 formats or baked directly on the food-grade quality “stone” baking deck surface
