Oval Banneton Linen Lined Wicker Basket, 17″

Handcrafted traditional country-style oval shape woven wicker with linen lined sewn into the basket. Breathable to prevent over-fermentation and wick away excess moisture for a crisper crust bread.

Holds up to 1360 grams (2.5-3 lbs.)

Care:

Pour flour into the basket and spread around for first time use. Gentle remove it with a brush. Allow baskets to completely dry before each use. Do not stack them, for speedy drying process you can put baskets inside the oven when is cooling at 80°C (175°F)
