Designed to shape crown bread or French couronne. Handcrafted of woven wicker and the traditional linen-lined sewn into the basket to absorb excess moisture. Breathable to prevent over-fermentation.

Care:

Pour flour into the basket and spread around for first time use. Gentle remove it with a brush. Allow baskets to completely dry before each use. Do not stack them, for speedy drying process you can put baskets inside the oven when is cooling at 80°C (175°F)
